How StructUre TM works: Upon impact energy rich electrons induce a rearrangement and reaction of additional molecular cross-links within the StructUreTM material. In dependence upon the effective electron dosage, this results in a transition of the Structure from a very flexible material into a semi-rigid or even fully rigid state.

Roughly translated, this means upon impact the StructUre material changes from a lightweight flexible material into a semi-rigid or fully rigid state depending on the size of the impact. This cushions the Ribcap user's head protecting them from bumps and cuts.
